Twenty years ago, one simple idea of a group of associated members, starts a process that after some time gets concrete at the Animal Feed Manufacturing Plant, which Agricultores Federados Argentinos SCL owns in Arteaga, Santa Fe.

The current reality is a plant with 11 full time employees and produces different kinds of animal feed: Concentrated, Pellets, Substitutes, and also based on specially requested formulas in order to optimize each production case; with different features for each purpose: Cattle, Pigs, Birds, Rabbits, Dogs and Horses.

Through 2000 Tons of monthly production, we regionally provide a product of well-known quality. “Alimentos Balanceados AFA” is the product’s commercial name to distribute it massively, with the slogan “The best conversion”.

This facility’s production not only supplies the local Primary Center, but the 90% of the others AFA’s Primary Centers sell the different kinds of animal feed generated there. This way, the product gets directly to AFA SCL associated member’s hands. It has also gone beyond the Cooperative’s internal circuit and has reached the general public. Due to this, the animal feed manufactured by AFA SCL can be found mainly at pet shops of Santa Fe, Buenos Aires, Córdoba and Entre Ríos.

We also count with animal feed specialized technicians, who permanently advices our associated members, getting an excellent animal development.
